Zack Dunckley
I serve as a pastor at The Mission Church in Issaquah, WA. I’ve been married for over 15 years and have 3 boys and on girl. I also serve as the Executive Director of Forge Camp. I have a passion for discipling the next generation of young men to become godly men who will lead with courage and Christ-like humility.

Tyler Bell
I lead Bellmont Cabinet Co. along with my brother Casey, seeking to honor God through servant-minded leadership and thoughtful stewardship of our family business. My wife Chelsea and I are raising our daughters, Pearson and Harper, in the Pacific Northwest, where I also serve on the board of the Bread of Life Mission.

Steve Bell
I am the founder and chairman of Bellmont Cabinet Co. in Sumner, WA. Starting from humble beginnings in my garage, Bellmont is now the largest cabinet company in the Pacific Northwest. My two sons, Casey and Tyler are now running the company.
I’ve been involved with Forge Camp for many years. My current passion is to bring these camping and mentoring concepts to the USA. I also have the privilege serve as Chairman of the Board for Forge Camp.

Kaspars Sterns
I am the Bishop of the Latvian Baptist Churches and the founder of the BPI DRAFTS program in Latvia. I have been married for 21 years and am the father of four sons. I love spending time in nature, staying active in sports, and spending quality time with my boys. My vision is to raise godly leaders in Latvia who serve God, care for their families, and are a blessing to society. I believe that great ideas are never achieved alone, but in a team. I live by the motto: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

James King
I am a Managing Director at Deloitte, an accounting and consultancy firm, based in the greater Seattle area. I have been married for over four years and have one daughter, who my wife and I welcomed into the world in late 2025. I serve as the Treasurer of Forge Camp. I also serve within my local church, where I have the honor of serving as an elder and have been involved in helping lead our men's ministry. I am passionate about seeing men develop and support one another, and pursue disciplined, purposeful lives.

Greg Magdsick
I currently work as a software engineer at Amazon. Married for almost 15 years, and the father of four children. I’ve served as a volunteer elder at my church, Trinity West Seattle, and now serve as the Secretary of Forge Camp. I am passionate about raising young men to know and follow Jesus.

Doug Coster
I'm a retired executive from the insurance industry and enjoy using my skills to serve the Lord in a variety of ministries. As a youth, I was significantly impacted spiritually after attending Christian camp. I have a passion for using my abilities and experience in helping younger men grow as leaders in their Christian faith. My wife and I have been married for 28 years and we have two adult children.

Jordan Simmonds
I am a Firefighter/Battalion Chief in King County. My wife and I have been married for 24 years and have 4 children. We live and attend church in Gig Harbor, WA.
Today, young men are being discouraged, distracted, and deceived. I’m excited to be on the Board of Directors with Forge Camp, with the purpose to show young men the truth of their identity in Christ, and give them courage to fight to live righteous and impactful lives.

Dustin Peterson
I am a missionary, leading a 7-month gap year discipleship school at Camp Morrow in Northern Oregon. My wife and I have been serving in international missions since 1993, and have been involved in both pastoring and camping ministry since 1990. I am passionate to see the Forge Camp have a tremendous impact on young men, as they experience the strength and integrity of following Christ through the challenges of life.
